1. Personal Support Process
LST arrange a meet & greet with you (the buddy) and your parent/guardian to arrange a personalised support plan before commencing any support. We call all LST participants our “buddy”, as we use a more personal family approach. No1 likes to be called a “Client”. During your meet and greet we get to know the buddy and family. As we are not only supporting our buddies, but also their family/guardian. We then discuss how we can implement our support around the buddies needs, wants and NDIS Goals!
